The full title of this PDF document is “Submission To The Independent Commission On Banking: Response To The Interim Report” - the original is in block capitals with no hyphen. Produced by Ben Dyson of Positive Money, Tony Greenham, Josh Ryan-Collins and Professor Richard A. Werner, it is dated July 4, 2011 and makes some severe criticisms of said report, which was written either with the same ignorance as the ludicrous “Macpherson Report” or with malice aforethought, possibly with both.
